Theodore "Teddy Bear" Schiele, MSLM
A Highly Transformational Business Development Consultant with proven success in scaling start-ups, small and medium sized businesses. Please call me Teddy. My passion is creating strategic marketing plans as well as working with business leaders to accelerate growth across the organization using the EOS Model or OKR Model. John F. Kennedy once said, “Our progress as a nation can be no swifter than our progress in education”, so what I pride myself on is educating business leaders and teams on effective and efficient ways to scale mid-sized and smaller businesses. The human mind is our fundamental resource.
My goal is to be a resource for those who seek a greater understanding of business, marketing and sales strategy. I have dedicated over fifteen years to helping others accomplish their goals in business.
I am an executive level business leader, with 15+ years of proven growth development and strategic marketing responsibility developed at pre-funded startups and other private enterprises, and a retired leader in the U.S. Army National Guard.
I started my first business at the age of 26 in entertainment and management. My expertise is leading, coaching, and developing cross-functional, high-performing teams and organizations through enterprise transformational change in the most dynamic, complex, high-risk environments, to include:
- Business Planning for profitable growth
- Innovation: new products, e-commerce, digital transformation, brand repositioning
- Crisis Management and Turnarounds
- Aligned Marketing and Sales plans for growth: products, campaigns, channels to maximize direct sales and brand desire
I am a civic, social and community leader with a passion for art. I sit on several boards with companies in San Antonio as well as advisory appointments to private equity firms abroad. I am passionate about international economic development, with in-theater experience in Iraq and Saudi Arabia.I have developed an international perspective through business and personal travel and networking in business.
My business philosophy is that using the BI Triangle and The Vision/Traction Organizer is a foolproof way of showing the compromised elements of any business plan and a key proponent in true scalability of a successful business. Every business is different but all are only as successful as the leadershipś understanding of Product, Legal, Systems, Communications and Cash Flow.
I earned my B.S. in Biblical Studies from Amridge University. I earned his M.S. in Management and Leadership with a concentration in Marketing from Amridge University.
